Medical consumables
Medical consumables are the most widely used products in medical facilities, and they are also the products that everyone of us will come into contact with. They have very high requirements on the material, size, accuracy, tightness and dustfree operation of the products. Precision molds and high-precision CNC machining are usually used.
Plastic tubular products have strict requirements on the uniformity of wall thickness. For example, we produce nucleic acid test tubes for novel coronavirus detection for Da 'an Gene Group, a domestic listed company. The mold accuracy is required to reach 0.005mm, and the problem of partial glue of the product is also strictly limited. The machining accuracy can reach 0.002mm, and the qualified rate of T1 is over 90%. A strong mold designer team, with more than ten years of experience in precision mold design, as well as more than 20 years of experience in the operator, each year to produce thousands of sets of finished mold sent to all over the world.
