Focus on customer needs
HXC adopts the IPD (Integrated Product Development) product development model, collaborates, focuses on customer needs, puts customer needs and development and fierce market competition first, and integrates technology and customer perception into the PDI execution team. Product managers and project managers all have PMP certificates (Project Management Professional Certification) and have rich theoretical and practical experience. Together with NPI (New Product Introduction) engineers and dozens of professional technicians, they dig deep into new products, new processes, and new systems every year, forming a unique R&D atmosphere for HXC.
Establish product development system
We establish a clear plan to perfect the product from concept to final product form. The entire team communicates effectively so that the prototyping, product design, engineering and manufacturing stages proceed as smoothly as possible. In the process, we carefully manage the product concept itself and supervise every step between the design stage and the first manufacturing run, and conduct frequent evaluations at different stages to ensure that the project is moving in the right direction. We follow appropriate methods to capture the voice of the customer and pursue high efficiency directly in place. The company spends a lot of money to support various R&D projects every year.
