The automotive industry is our valued customer group of HXC, and we provide one-stop services from prototype, mold design, mold manufacturing, mass production, testing, assembly, to successful delivery. It involves various automotive shell parts, structural functional parts, interior parts and other all-round products, and the company has passed the industry IATF 16949 certification.

We make full use of domestic and foreign product design technology, manufacturing technology, and production management technology resources to create a product platform with international standards from a high starting point. Prototype Manufacturing :

Starting from the prototype, through processes such as 3D printing, replication, CNC machining, sheet metal, etc., a formal quotation is provided within 24 hours, and delivery can be made within as quick as 3-7 days. Understanding the customer's design concept and winning more time for the launch of new products. At the same time, during the production process of the prototype, we work with customers to identify and solve problems to further improve the design, paving the way for the smooth mass production of future products.

The models of cars are updated quickly, new products continue to be launched, and many parts are produced from scratch. This has dual requirements for quality and time, as well as comprehensive technical strength to meet the different needs of different customers and products.

HXC has been engaged in technology research and development for many years, adopting the IPD product development model and scientific process management to deeply explore from the perspectives of high speed, high quality, and cost reduction, seamlessly connecting customers' product development cycles. Wasting less materials and other valuable resources on unnecessary prototypes or redesigns greatly reduces the likelihood of redesigning a product when it is necessary to manufacture it.

Mass production:

At the mass production stage, we use multiple processes to meet the appearance and function needs, such as mold design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, machining, die-casting, extrusion, stamping and other processes, comprehensive surface treatment processes such as polishing, electroplating, oxidation, sandblasting, powder coating, spray painting, passivation, electrophoresis。

The company has Sumitomo and Sadik injection molding machines, and high-precision robotic arms that can fully automate 24-hour injection molding processing, ensuring efficient production. The CMM fully automated measurement laboratory established strictly controls dimensions and quality.

HXC has an experienced precision plastic mold and injection molding team theoretically and practically. The key members have over 20 years of experience in the mold industry and can solve various difficult problems encountered in production, making the entire production process smoother

 

Assembly inspection:

HXC has independent and standardized assembly production lines. By utilizing industry-leading testing equipment and technology, we control every step of the production process from prototype manufacturing to mass production delivery, ensuring that each step meets the standards in a timely manner. The entire production process can proceed smoothly, ensuring high product qualification rates and shortening production cycles and time.

Our testing center owns advanced and comprehensive testing equipment such as German GOM ATOS III TRIPLE Scan blue light 3D scanner, Swedish Hexagon coordinate measuring instrument, 2.5-dimensional fully automatic image measuring instrument, Hitachi handheld X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, Swiss TESA height meter, Japanese Sanfeng roughness meter to ensure that your products meet the design and functional requirements.
