Our first choice of matierla is silicone. As it is soft material, the performance of product could not meet the customer's requirements. Then, we changed to spiral core pulling that is rarely used. The material used for injection molding is PA6+30GF, then the product is qualified, which not only meets the apperance requirements but also the performance requirements.
